I had a tummy tuck around 8 months ago and just recently underwent revision lipo on my upper abdomen. The results looked fantastic for the first couple of days, but then I started swelling (as expected). Soon after, I developed a fluid pocket, and my surgeon had to manually drain it twice. Now he's sending me for a CT scan to determine if I'll need a drain placed. I'm also noticing one large, puffed, circular-looking area.
